Buttocks of the Day: Discovered by Antonin Scalia

In the oral argument on Tuesday at the Supreme Court in FCC vs. Fox the discussion moved to the inconsistencies of law that would ban the viewing of body parts and profanity in, say, a PBS documentary but not in, say, Schindler’s List.  Seth Waxman noted that complaints about Olympics broadcasts where statues were shown that were in fact like some on the walls of the Supreme Court itself. Waxman said, “Right over here, Justice Scalia.”
